Return Policy

Returns and exchanges can be made up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Items returned must be in the same condition as it was sold. Look up your order and print your return label online or sign in to view your complete order history.

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Indian Heritage.

  1. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
  2. If an item delivered to you is not as described, or was physically damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window for a replacement.
  1. Returns of goods will be accepted only for Damaged/Defective products. Replacement shall be considered only if the damage/defect is reported to us with photographic evidence in writing within 3 working days from the receipt of product. Refund will be provided in case replacement for the same product is not available. We normally process the refund in 3-4 days from the date of receipt of material at our end.
  1. We don’t accept cancellations.
  2. We only refund shipping charges for damaged orders. All other shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long does it take for delivery?

For the products in stock, order gets processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 2 working days and gets delivered within 10 business days depending on the location of the customer.

Shipping charges or any additional hidden charges are applicable?

No, we ship free of charge to our serviceable locations but, In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) $99 extra applicable. . Any additional charges like entry taxes are paid by us.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that your packet/box was delivered in proper condition (without obvious defects or damage).

Standard Shipping and Processing

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days. Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together.

Indian ships some items via FedEx Smart Post, which utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery on a standard business day (Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays). The Smart Post shipping option means that FedEx will handle your package from IH”s to your local U.S. post office and the U.S. postal service then completes final delivery.

Throughout the checkout process, the shipping costs displayed in your order summary are estimates and do not necessarily reflect the final shipping cost of your purchase. Options that incur surcharges (such as Freight Delivery or oversized items) or shipping to multiple addresses will affect shipping costs. The cost for shipping and handling is based upon order amount and shipping destination(s).
